BOOKING POLICY

Cancellation policy – when booking an appointment you can cancel for free upto 72 hours before your appointment is due. This must be done using the Fresha booking system. Messages via Instagram/Facebook/text do not apply even before the 72 hours as we do not monitor our messages 24/7.

To prevent unwanted charges cancel or amend your appointment yourself. If you cannot find an appointment to reschedule to please cancel your appointment and message us to rebook.

Please note our cancellation policy is 50% of your appointments cost. No shows/late more than 10 minutes or if the treatment can’t be carried out for any reason (fake tan/ active tan) a 100% charge will be applied.
