LASER HAIR REMOVAL
Unwanted hair can cause problems for many reasons, for example it can affect your confidence and can be time consuming to remove.
About
Laser Hair Removal
Conventional methods of hair removal include waxing, shaving, plucking, electrolysis, and even hair removal creams. However these methods are short term.
Laser Hair removal offers a more permanent solution, laser light is absorbed by the pigment within the hair and converted into heat energy that damages the hair follicle preventing it from regrowing.
Why choose us for your removal journey? We use an ND-YAG & Alexandrite laser capable of treating all skin types effectively.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is laser hair removal permanent?
We can permanently remove between 80-90 % of the hair permanently. However any hormonal changes can cause new hairs to grow that will require top up sessions.
How does laser hair removal work?
Laser hair removal treatments work using a concentrated beam of light aimed directly at the hair follicles. The light is absorbed by the pigments in the hair – which is why laser hair removal works best on dark hair. This damages the follicles, inhibiting future growth over the course of multiple laser hair removal sessions.
Does laser hair removal hurt?
In particularly sensitive areas, such as the upper lip, it may feel like a rubber band snap on the skin. We use an advanced cooling machine in conjunction with our laser device to reduce the heat sensation on the skin and minimise any discomfort.
How long should I go in between laser hair removal appointments?
Depending on your hair and skin type and the area being treated, you will usually require treatments at 4-6 week intervals. Each part of the body has a different hair growth cycle, so the hair loss will vary depending on what phase your follicles are in at the time of treatment.
Can I have laser hair removal over the top of tattoos?
No, unfortunately we cannot treat over tattoos. We can treat around the tattooed areas with a gap of 3cm.
What hair colours can be treated?
We can treat all hair colours except any hair that doesn’t contain pigment I.e blonde, red, gray, and white hair.
How many sessions will I need?
On average we recommend 6-10 sessions this is dependent on the hair colour, area being treated and any hormonal issues.
