Skin tags
What are skin tags? Medically known as acrochordons, are small, soft, benign growths that hang off the skin. They can vary in size ranging from a few millimeters to a few centimeters and they can appear in various colours although they are generally flesh / coloured or slightly darker.
Seborrheic Keratosis
This is a common non-cancerous skin growth that appears as a brown, black, or light tan lesion. These growths are typically raised, feel like they are stuck on the skin and often have a scaly or wart like texture. They are most frequently found on the face, chest, back and scalp.
Sebaceous Hyperplasia
This is a benign conditions characterized by the enlargement of sebaceous glands, which are responsible for producing sebum (oil) that keeps the skin moist.
This condition results in small, painless bumps that can appear on the skin, often resembling small, soft nodules.

Depending on the area size, 15 – 60 minutes.
Side Effects
Redness and swelling which will subside in 1-3 days. Light crusting of the skin which can appear dry but returns back to normal after 5 – 10 days.

No real down time.
